Book any of our cottages for a full week in our off peak periods (shown in green on the availability calendar) and we will offer you:
a 10% discount off the rental price - if booked and paid for 60 days prior to your holiday
a  5% discount off the rental price - if booked and paid for 30 days prior to your holiday
Last minute Bookings a 2.5% discount off the rental price - if booked and paid for 5 days prior to your holiday.

We are please to offer our Larger Cottage for couples (ie two people) on a discounted rate, EXCEPT DURING THE PEAK SEASON OF JULY and AUGUST Please quote COUPLES SPECIAL when booking.
Bragdy Wern we will discount by 30% of weekly price
Rose Cottage we will discount by 25% of weekly price
The Cottage we will discount by 20% of weekly price

Rent our Larger Cottages as a couple and discounted Bookings Specials cannot be combined.

The following rates are per room per night based on two people sharing and includes a full cooked breakfast:
In our Love Parry Suite Four Poster Double en-suite) book two nights and rate is reduced from £90 to £85 per night or three nights £75 per night - for two people sharing.
In our Garden Room (Twin en-suite) book two nights reduced from £75 to £70 per night or three nights £60 per night - for two people sharing.

1st October 2011 - No hidden extras - From 1st October – 31st March we levy an additional charge due to the rise in fuel costs – we make an allowance of 10% your rental cost towards electricity costs of the cottage that you rent and any excess above this amount will be chargeable on your departure. We are sorry for this but feel this is the only fair way to cover our additional costs.

NEWS

1st Sep 2011 - We are now operating an additional charge due to the rise in fuel costs – we now make an allowance of 10% weekly rental towards electricity costs of the cottage that you rent and any excess above this amount will be chargeable on your departure. We are sorry but our fuel costs have increase by 45%.

4th July 2011 - We have just installed a state of the art broadband Wi-Fi system, which you are welcome to use for free, for your laptops, whilst you are on holiday, please use our secure connection. Wireless key will be in your cotage or room. Please do not abuse this facility with big downloads, U-Tube, music streaming or BBC iplayer etc, or we will be forced to charge for this facility, as our broadband service is capped.

1st February 2011 - Bragdy Wern now ready for bookings - we promise you you will not be disappointed.

21st August 2010 - We hosted a wedding reception for Kris and Lois Jones in our grounds around the Bragdy, with marquees and disco.

1st May 2010 - All our cottages and rooms have now been upgraded to full digital TV and are now equipped with flat screen TVs with Freeview. The ones in our B&B rooms also have a built in DVD player and the ones in the cottages also have VCR and DVD players.

1st April 2010 - Rose Cottage our only cottage with a wooden floor has a burst pipe in January 2010, we had to rip out the floor and it took 8 weeks to dry out the property. We have installed a new floor, tiled the two bathroom floors, installed new shower bases and screens, new carpet and mattresses, redecorated, purchased new configuration settees for more comfort and installed a new 32" digital flat screen full HD colour television. This was finished on April Fool's day just in time for our first visitors in the newly refurbished cottage on the 2nd April. A lot of work but we hope you will the accommodation even better than it was.

27th August 2008 - Alan and Helen tie the knot to become Mr. and Mrs. Harper-Smith - See About the owners page for details and pictures!

15th August 2008 - Alan Harper-Smith reaches his BIG 60 and has his bus pass and works pension!!

1st September 2007 - We now only offer TWO bedrooms in the house - our Love Parry Suite (Four Poster King Size en-suite) and the Garden Room (Twin en-suite) - Kaitlyn and Max now have their own rooms!

Prices held 30th April 2007 - Despite the fact that our Business Rates have been raised and doubled since 2006 and the increase in fuel charges we have decided to maintain our prices at the current levels and absorb the increases ourselves.

Price Increase 31st Mar 2006 - Unfortunately we have been forced by Mr. Gordon Brown to increase our prices - this is due to a 45% increase in Business Rates (England has yet to feel this re-banding), increase in fuel (electricity (climate levy), gas (not a level playing field with Europe), Petrol and Diesel (60% at least tax)), food costs, minimum wage (for all our helpers), the list goes on. We are in the process of reprinting our brochure adding in the extra self catering holiday cottage and we plan to introduce the change in tariff in March 2006. To avoid the increase we suggest you book B&B accommodation for 2006 before 31st March 2006. We are sorry for the increase.

14th Oct 2005 - DVD Players - Due to a few requests this year we have now equipped all the cottages with DVD players on top of the VCR and colour TV's, we hope you approve!

29th July 2005 - Kay Gedge passed away - My mother Kay who lived next door in The Cottage passed away peacefully, a sad day. We will be making her cottage available in 2006 as a self catering holiday cottage to sleep 5.

May 2004 - 54 acres of woodlands purchased - We have managed to purchase (on 21st May 2004) 54 acres of woodlands to the north of Wern Fawr Manor Farm, Coed-y-Wern and Coed Cefin Llanfair, we will be tiding up the woodlands and making nature trails through them for our guests, this may take some time!

Jan 2004 - New Web Site - We have created a new web site based on past information from this site containing all the information you need on Llanbedrog and the activities offered around the area. This is to help you plan your holiday to the full - www.llanbedrog.info.

July 2004 - Llanbedrog Carnival - unfortunately the ladies that have organised this annual event have decided that it is all too much so this event has now been cancelled. See our sister site.
