How to Book your Holiday Accommodation
at Wern Fawr Manor Farm

As we are owner operated you can book directly with us (the owners) you will not be subjected to agency charges, booking fees, forced to buy cancellation insurance, charged VAT etc, we will also tell you if we have any special offers - so please do give us a call - +44 (0) 1758-740156 or mobile +44 (0) 7816-213424, so we can discuss your requirements or email us using the link above.

If you prefer:

1. Select a suitable property or room(s). Please note you can print your own Brochure and Booking Form and Conditions from our site. If you like we can of course end you a printed copy.
   
   
2. Contact us by e-mail (use the email link above), phone (+44 (0) 1758-740156), mobile (+44 (0) 7816-213424) or fax (- +44 (0) 1758-740156), to make a provisional booking (answer phone available).
   
   
3. Print our Booking Form in Word Format or Booking Form and Conditions in PDF Format by clicking on your choice and send this to us with your deposit cheque or full rental if within 60 days. Your choice is subject to availability, so do check with us or our availability page - this booking will be held for seven days, pending receipt of Booking Form together with your deposit. If you like we can send you a Booking Form and Brochure through the post.
   
   
4. Deposits - for Self-Catering cottages a 30% deposit is required upon confirmation of a booking with the balance being paid 60 days prior to arrival. If you are booking within 60 days of your holiday, then you must pay the rental in full and send this amount with the Booking Form. Cottages are available after 4pm or by prior arrangement. Deposits - for Bed & Breakfast one night's deposit is required for a booking of less than one week, £80 per person deposit for a week and £160 per person deposit for two weeks. Rooms are available after 4pm or by prior arrangement. - see Booking Conditions.
   
   
5. Payment - All payments must be made in Sterling with a cheque drawn on a British Bank and made payable to Alan Harper-Smith or by BACS payment (we can provide you with our Sort Code and Account Number) or internationally via a SEPA-Payment (we can provide you with the relevant IBAN and BIC numbers) or in Cash. Please note we do not accept credit or debit cards.
   
   
6. On receipt of your Booking Form, we will send you a letter confirming your booking.

7. Upon receipt of the full amount, we will send you a letter confirming that you have paid the full amount.
   
   
8. Cancellations - We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of two thirds of our terms, where in our estimation we have lost custom through cancellation. We reserve the right to revise our terms. We recommend you take out cancellation insurance privately, we can send you a form if you request one from us.

Suggestions and Complaints
As the owners, any suggestions are welcome on how we can improve our service to you. We will deal with any complaints as quickly as is reasonably possible, so that you enjoy your holiday with us to the full.
