Deposits – A 30% deposit is required for bookings. Rooms are available after 4pm or by prior arrangement – see Booking Conditions. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of two thirds of our terms, where in our estimation we have lost custom through cancellation. We reserve the right to revise our terms.

Payment - We only accept payment by cash or by cheque(s) drawn in Sterling on a British Bank or by BACS – made payable to Alan Harper-Smith. We do not accept credit cards.
