Full Welsh  (cooked in extra virgin olive oil) – this consists of:
2 Rashers Welsh Bacon (dry cured) - plus -
2 Pork Sausages - plus -
Fried Fresh Vine Tomato - plus -
Mushrooms (cooked in a butter and mushroom ketchup sauce) - plus -
Baked Beans - plus -
2 Free Range Fried Eggs (Home produced - when available)
Slice of Black Pudding by request!
- Or your choice of any of the above -

Devilled Welsh Kidneys
(lightly sautéed in butter, Worcester sauce, Oregano and Mustard sauce. Delicious on toast with an egg)

Vegetarian:
Fried Fresh Tomatoes
Mushrooms (cooked in a butter and mushroom ketchup sauce)
Baked beans
2 Free Range Fried Eggs (Home produced – when available)

Home produced Free Range Chicken Eggs:
Boiled or Fried or Poached or Scrambled

Fish:
Smoked Haddock (poached in milk & butter - delicious with an egg)
A pair of Manx Kippers

Home made jam(s), fresh bread and toast

We also have Tomato and Brown Sauce, Mustard, Worcestershire sauce etc on the tray on the side board. Electric condiment sets loaded with sea salt and black pepper corns - just press the button on the top.

Please ask if you would like something different and we will do our best to try and provide it for you.
Occasionally our chef may have a special for you (for example our delicious fish cakes).

We have always tried to use quality local Welsh produce where possible, for example our Welsh dry cured back bacon (award winning Cig Moch Pen Llŷn (Llŷn Peninsula Bacon) bacon from from Siop Fferm Glasfryn) and sausages on our menu, we also provide Welsh butter, Welsh honey and Welsh Red Mustard - mustard seed and honey - initial heat that rapidly diminishes - excellent!
