2012 - Availability and Prices
for our Holiday Cottages in Abersoch
Please check for availability by looking at the calendar below or by contacting us by mail, e-mail, phone or fax. The prices shown below are on a weekly basis either Friday to Friday (Bragdy Wern) or Saturday to Saturday (our other cottages). If your requirements are not Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday, please telephone or e-mail us to discuss your requirements, as we can where possible be flexible.
A list will appear in a second or two, where a green amount is shown that cottage is currently available for the price shown, where BOOKED appears in red cottage is booked. We used to put your name in here but due to the Data Protection Act and a member of public reporting us we have now resorted to the above method.
Short breaks are available based on a percentage of the weekly rate part weekly tariff:
2 night stay = 60% of weekly tariff.
3 night stay = 70% of weekly tariff.
4 night stay = 85% of weekly tariff.
5/7 night stay = 100% of weekly tariff.
Short Break dates are shown in green below.
Dates shown in red are only available by the week, but we may be able to offer short breaks if you contact us.

Deposits and Cancellations - A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation of a booking with the balance being paid 60 days prior to arrival. Cottages are available after 4pm or by prior arrangement – see Booking Conditions. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of two thirds of our terms, where in our estimation we have lost custom through cancellation. We reserve the right to revise our terms. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance privately, we can provide forms for you should you wish to do so.
Payment - We only accept payment by cash or by cheque(s) drawn in Sterling on a British Bank – made payable to Alan Harper-Smith or by BACS payment (we can provide you with our Sort Code and Account Number) or internationally via a SEPA-Payment (we can provide you with the relevant IBAN and BIC numbers). Sorry we do not accept debit or credit cards.
